Té garlic and ginger (té flu)

To be honest, this tea was not going to be nor program, nor post, nor nothing. But it turned out to be a real bomb flu when the house seemed poised to be declared in quarantine.

Here I leave a little bit of info and the recipe. Please do not hesitate to try it. It works, as much to prevent as to cure. And it is really delicious.


 

 

Ingredients

1 clove of Garlic

Fight the flu with garlic is ideal. The garlic is antibacterial and antiviral. Also a strengthening of the natural immune system. The garlic combat the flu, the cough and the cold. Put another way: it kills any bug that walks by there.

1 slice of Ginger

Ginger for the flu has anti-inflammatory properties. Assistance in processes of congestion, clearing the airways. The ginger relieves also the cough, and controls the infections of the respiratory tract.

1 tbsp. of Honey

The honey is also an ingredient essential in this cocktail flu: in addition to soothe any sore throat, it is rich in nutrients and enzymes which kill viruses and bacteria.

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

The lemon is full of antioxidants that along with the famous Vitamin C speed up the healing, stimulating the immune system.

Cinnamon powder

To fight the flu, the cinnamon has properties that are antiseptic. It is also a reducer natural fever and relieves colds.

1 dash of Whiskey

It is optional, but a splash of alcohol (cognac, whiskey, or other), it will help to relieve chest congestion and sinus. Or, as says my mom: you ponele a splash of whiskey to your tea before you go to bed you transpirás everything and you levantás as new. So it is, mom.


 

Recipe tea flu

the way to do it

1) Crush the clove of garlic with a knife.

2) Put the garlic and the ginger to a boil in 2 cups of water. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and leave boiling for 10-15 minutes.

3) Strain the tea and serve it, add the juice of lemon and squirt of whiskey. Sweeten with a tablespoon panzona of honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

4) Take it and go to bed. In the morning, fill your lungs with air and repeat: Sos grossa, Pauline.
